OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Remington Park in Oklahoma City installed its first four games in its soon to open casino Friday.
The gaming machines are the first of what will be 650 machines in the ``racino'' at the horse racing track. Casino manager Brenda Sanchez says the machines will include video poker with high jackpots.
Track officials spent $35-million to renovate the grandstand on the second floor at the track and the casino is to open in late November. The casino includes a large dining area and an elevated stage for live performances.
Voters in the state approved allowing electronic gaming at three horse tracks with part of the money generated used to increase the purses for horse races.
A casino at Blue Ribbon Downs in Sallisaw opened late last month and another at Will Rogers Downs in Claremore is to open later this month.
