New developments in the case of a former Creek County Judge accused of using a sexual device on the bench during trials.
Judge Donald Thompson's own trial on three counts of indecent exposure was supposed to start Monday in Bristow. It was canceled Tuesday after his lawyers argued he deserved a preliminary hearing because of changes in the charges.
Last week, prosecutors broadened the possible dates of indecent exposure from three to 49. Because of that, a judge granted the defense's request for a preliminary hearing. It's set for December 7th.
Judge Thompson retired in September. He has denied all of the allegations.
