OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Oklahoma County prosecutors have filed a second-degree murder count against a woman who crashed her car into another vehicle after a domestic dispute.

23-year-old Christina Marie Johnson also is charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.

According to a report by a Del City police officer, Johnson used her car to ram another car driven by Lamia Releford. Releford died in the crash.

The report says the accident happened October 7th.
