RAMONA, Okla. (AP) _ A Washington County man is dead following a single car crash on US Highway 75 near Ramona.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 19-year-old Edward Lee Franks of Ochelata was killed in the accident that was discovered just before 7:45 Tuesday morning. Troopers say it isn't known when the accident occurred.

Investigators say Franks was northbound when his car ran off the side of the road and hit a culvert, then flipped onto its roof into a drainage ditch.
