Great jobs are up for grabs

Great jobs are up for grabs at the Port of Catoosa. A group of Port employers held a news conference today to announce there are more than 200 job opportunities available right now. That number is only expected to grow over the next couple of years.

The Port is home to 50 manufacturing, distribution, and processing companies, many of them willing to train those either looking for a job or wanting to change careers.

Jerry Goodwin, Port of Catoosa: "You won't have to worry about having previous experience, but if you have the willingness, the heart, and whatever minimal qualifications they may require to do the job, they will help you make up the difference."

Employers say another benefit for working at the Port is it's so close to Tulsa.
It's less than a 15-minute drive from downtown.
