One dead in head-on collision in Logan County

GUTHRIE, Okla. (AP) _ A 70-year-old Guthrie woman is dead after her car collided head-on with a pickup truck near Guthrie.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says Idabell Shovestull died in the crash on State Highway 33 about 10:15 last night.

Troopers say Shovestull was westbound when her car went off the road, then crossed the highway into the eastbound lane and crashed into an eastbound pickup.

The driver and a passenger in the truck are injured.
