OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ Oklahoma airports are reporting an increase in passengers in September and for the year to date.

Will Rogers World Airport in Oklahoma City says passenger traffic increased 6.3 percent from August to September. Tulsa International reports a 5 percent increase and Lawton-Fort Sill Regional Airport saw the number of airline passenger increase by 6.5 percent.

For the year the number of air passengers is up by 7.8 percent at Will Rogers, by 5.5 percent at Tulsa International and by 5.8 percent at Lawton-Fort Sill.

For the year Will Rogers has had more than 1.3-million flyers, Tulsa International has had 1.16-million and Lawton-Fort Sill about 34,600.
