ENID, Okla. (AP) -- An Enid company is fined $1,600 for a January explosion that killed a worker and seriously injured another.
Wayne Rivers was burned severely around his head during a fire and explosion at the ADM Milling plant on January 24th. He later died at an Oklahoma City hospital.
According to an Occupational Safety and Health Administration report, the deadly blast was caused by three flour hoses that were not properly bonded to a vacuum conveyor system.
