OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) The state's multicounty grand jury has issued a sealed indictment containing one count.
The date for unsealing the indictment has not been determined.
The grand jury has been investigating allegations involving an employee with the Oklahoma Historical Society and the district attorney's office for Adair, Cherokee, Sequoyah and Wagoner counties.
The venue for the indictment is Oklahoma County.
District Attorney Richard Gray made his second appearance yesterday before the grand jury. Grand jurors apparently are looking into Gray's handling of drug investigations, missing drug evidence and other areas.
