WEATHERFORD, Okla. (AP) -- A Roger Mills County man and a Custer County woman are charged in Custer County with child abuse for allegedly using cigarettes to burn five children younger than 8-years-old.
Lance Greeley of Hammon is accused of repeatedly burning the children who range from 3- to 8-years-old. Natausha Horn of Clinton is charged with allowing child abuse.
Court documents say three of the children are Greeley's and two are Horn's.
The court records say Horn's two children told investigators that Greeley is their mother's boyfriend and he burned them as a form of punishment.
