Traffic is moving along a new Bixby road. <br/><br/>City officials officially opened a section of 148th Street Friday morning. The one-half mile section of 148th Street connects Memorial Drive to Riverview.

City officials officially opened a section of 148th Street Friday morning. The one-half mile section of 148th Street connects Memorial Drive to Riverview.

The road funding came from excess funds from a special revenue bond.
