UNDATED (AP) -- The Federal Emergency Management Agency is commending ten Oklahoma firefighters for their work in the Hurricane Katrina relief effort.
The firefighters from Bartlesville, Cushing and McAlester were sent to the Fort Worth, Texas, Disaster Recovery Center where they helped refugees apply for relief programs and find relief services.
The ten are Adam Butterfield and Jeff Shuman of Bartlesville; Roger Courtright, Kevin Farley, Wade Bragg and Jerry David of Cushing; and Kevin Austin, Chris Hearod, Jeremy Farris and Clint Armstrong of McAlester.
