NORMAN, Okla. (AP) -- 38 students who enrolled in Airman Flight School in Norman before it closed are now suing the school and its owners.

The civil lawsuit accuses the school of breach of contract. It says school officials knew they were in financial trouble and couldn't provide flight training when they accepted tuition.

The lawsuit names the school, KJB Flight Management, Brenda Keene and Jerry Carroll. It asks for recovery of about $470,000.

Airman is the school 9-11 terrorist conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui attended during the spring of 2001.
