It looks like a little girl with wishful thinking will get her wish, after all.

Cancer survivor, 5-year old Kalei Smith, of Tulsa, wanted to see Dora the Explorer. Her wish was to be granted by the "Make a Wish" foundation, but the trip was canceled when her father refused to sign the paperwork.

A Texas judge has now ordered him to sign the papers, so now Kalei will get her wish.
