SAPULPA, Okla. (AP) -- A woman who ignored a subpoena ordering her to testify in the trial of former Creek County Judge Donald Thompson is now in custody in Sapulpa.

Police arrested Angela McClanahan on a warrant as a material witness and prosecutor Richard Smothermon says she'll be charged with misdemeanor contempt of court.

She's being held in the Creek County jail without bond.

McClanahan failed to appear June 19th for Thompson's trial on four felony indecent exposure counts and one misdemeanor charge of misusing his state-owned computer. The misdemeanor charge accused Thompson of having pornographic photos of a man and woman on his computer and prosecutors say the couple is Thompson and McClanahan.

McClanahan ran away from police in Jenks on June 19th and had not been seen again until she was arrested Friday.

Her disappearance led Smothermon to drop the misdemeanor charge.

Thompson was later convicted on the indecent exposure charges and sentenced to four years in prison.
