TULSA, Okla. (AP) Tulsa football coach Steve Kragthorpe says junior defensive end Chadd Evans has left the TU football team.

Evans transferred to Tulsa from the University of Colorado in September 2004. After sitting out the 2004 season, Evans was credited with 34 tackles in 13 games a year ago.

He played high school football at Tulsa Washington.

There was no word on whether Evans transferred to another school.
