A state Department of Corrections employee is recommending an unspecified prison term for former Creek County judge Donald Thompson.
Thompson was accused of using a sexual device during trials. A jury convicted him on four counts of indecent exposure and suggested a year in prison on each count.
In the sentencing report, the DOC officer wrote Thompson has refused to undergo psycho-sexual testing and still denies the crime.
Thompson is scheduled to be sentenced on Friday. The judge can suspend all or part of the sentence and decide if they'll run consecutively or concurrently.
