NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ Six University of Oklahoma gymnasts will be in Minnesota later this week to compete for a spot on the US team in the upcoming World Championships.

NCAA all-around champion Jonathan Horton and teammates Taqiy Abdullah-Simmons, Jacob Messina, Jamie Henderson, Chris Brooks and Jason Laughton are among the 81who qualified for a spot in the US Championships.

The US Championships are Wednesday through Saturday in St. Paul, Minnesota, with the top six gymnasts to be named to the US team.
