How about something really cool, like a 300-pound block of ice. Millennium Ice Company, in Tulsa, freezes these blocks of crystal clear ice, then sculpts them into very cool shapes.

This will be two hearts held up by two birds a perfect wedding reception centerpiece, but isn't sculpting ice difficult? Rick Varnell: "Well, to me none of it is very hard cause I've done it so long. When I first started, it was trying to get to the concept of where to stop, and let it melt the rest of the way."

Interestingly, the heat of the summer is their slow season. Between Thanksgiving and New Years, they might do 5 or 6 of these a day.
