CHELSEA, Okla. (AP) _ A Chelsea woman died Saturday morning after her car ran off state Highway 66 in Rogers County and rolled over.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 30-year-old Tobi Jo Moss was driving south near Chelsea when her 1997 Nissan sedan went off the right side of the road. The highway patrol says Moss then overcorrected and her car rolled over two times before coming to rest on its wheels.
The highway patrol says Moss was not wearing a seat belt and was thrown from the car in the crash around 6:45 Saturday morning.
