Tulsa Police arrest a convicted sex offender who they say was trying to meet an 11 year old for sex.

Police say the girl met this man, 32-year-old Daniel Woodard, on a phone chat line. They say the girl's mother overheard the conversation and called the police.

Tulsa Police say Woodard was supposed to meet the 11-year-old at a local restaurant, when he was arrested.
