An 8 month old Tulsa baby remains in critical condition after an accident at his home in the 800 block of South 69th East Avenue.

Tulsa Police say the baby boy was in the bathtub and slipped under the water Monday afternoon.

He wasn't breathing when paramedics took him to a Tulsa hospital.
