CHICKASHA, Okla. (AP) -- Funeral services were Monday for most of the seven people who died in a house fire in Chickasha last week.
A service for 9-year-old Casey McCurley was held Monday morning in Marlow, then his body was taken to Chickasha for a joint service with 12-year-old Ciscili; 8-year-old Cassandra; 7-year-old Chelsee; and 34-year-old Cindy McCurley.
A service for 1-year-old Cydney McCurley and 33-year-old Thomas Raby will be Tuesday morning at the Church of the Nazarene in Chickasha.
The seven died of smoke inhalation after a fire started in their refrigerator.
