A motion has been filed to reconsider an overturned conviction of a man responsible for a deadly 2002 shooting spree.
Attorney General Drew Edmondson wants a rehearing with the state Supreme Court in the case against Daniel Fears.
The court ordered his case to go back to a Sequoyah County district judge who is supposed to enter a ruling of not guilty by reason of insanity.
Judge John Garrett sentenced Fears to 11 life terms plus 104 years in prison.
The shooting spree killed 2 people and injured 8.
