The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says their investigation into a wreck that killed a Jenks High School football player won't be complete until next week.
Witnesses told OHP troopers, people in two vehicles were shooting paintballs at each other, when one driver lost control and crashed.
The accident happened on the Creek Turnpike, just west of US Highway 75 Wednesday afternoon.
17 year old Garrett Bennett died and two other players were injured.
Based on the OHP report, the Tulsa County District Attorney will decide if any criminal charges should be filed.
Charges could range from reckless driving to negligent homicide.
