Tulsa Police believe a 16-year-old boy is responsible for the city's latest homicide.

21-year-old Tyri Rodgers was gunned down at the Apache Manor Apartments in the 3600 block of East Young Sunday afternoon.

Police say Rodgers' death stems from a dispute that began Saturday night. Officers surrounded another apartment complex on Monday, but the teenager was already gone.

Tulsa has had 39 homicides this year.
