Tulsa's serial rape suspect was scheduled to be in court Monday morning for a district court arraignment, but new charges filed last week have delayed that.

Gary Graham's next court appearance will now be a preliminary hearing on the 6 new charges. That is set for August.

A new type of DNA testing connected Graham to three more attacks, resulting in the new charges. He now faces more than 40 charges.
