BRISTOW, Okla. (AP) -- Testimony concluded Wednesday afternoon in the indecent exposure trial of a former Creek County judge.

The jury is expected to start weighing the case against Donald Thompson Thursday.

Wednesday, jurors heard testimony from a series of defense witnesses who said they never saw Thompson act inappropriately.

The retired judge faces four felony counts of indecent exposure. Prosecutors allege he used a sexual device while presiding over trials.

Jury instructions and closing arguments are scheduled for Thursday.
