Two Oklahoma horse racing tracks have received the state's first fines for casino violations.
Sallisaw's Blue Ribbon Downs and Claremore's Will Rogers Downs have each agreed to pay $2,500 to resolve the problems.
Blue Ribbon's violation involved a minor being allowed on the gaming floor.
Will Rogers Downs was accused of letting a woman work at its casino for three days without a gaming license.
