A Tulsa man was shot in the knee Monday afternoon.

Tulsa Police believe the incident stems from a dispute among neighbors who live near 27th and North Columbia.

Tulsa Police officer: â€œWitnesses describe the shooter as getting out of the vehicle turning towards the victim's neighbors and asking is this the guy and firing some rounds."

Police say they've been called to the area before multiple times. They are looking for an 80's model blue Oldsmobile Cutlass and a brown van.

The shooting victim is expected to be okay.
