JAY, Okla. (AP) -- A former Delaware County jailer is facing a felony sexual battery charge for what prosecutors say is inappropriate contact with a male inmate.

Sommer Leann Roman is accused of kissing and touching the inmate in a sexual manner from November until earlier this month.

Court documents say Roman admits giving the inmate free run of the jail, allowing him into restricted areas and giving him her jail keys.

Roman has since been fired.
