One person is recovering after they were shot during an argument over a barking dog.

The shooting happened in the 1700 of East Marshall around 12PM Tuesday.

Tulsa Police say one neighbor was mad when the others' dog wouldn't stop barking.

One of them grabbed a gun and shot the other in the back.

Police have arrested the shooter.
