A Tulsa man is in the Tulsa County jail accused of tossing a Molotov cocktail into a home.

Tulsa Fire investigators arrested 20-year-old Justin Livingston on a complaint of fourth degree arson for an incident that happened April 9th.

They say two people were inside the home at the time and the cloth wick in the Molotov cocktail went out before any damage was done.
