An investigation into a brutal beating in midtown Tulsa overnight.

It happened at the Kendall Whittier apartments near 5th and Lewis. Tulsa Police say around 2 AM Wednesday, two former friends got into an argument.

It led to a fight, and one man was severely beaten. He's been hospitalized.

One person was taken in for questioning.
