A motorcyclist was flown by medical helicopter to a Tulsa hospital after a wreck near Sapulpa.

Sapulpa Police tell the News on 6, a woman was northbound on Highway 97 when she hit the motorcycle. The impact threw the rider from the bike.

We're told he has a head injury and alcohol may have played a role in the crash. Sapulpa Police took the female driver to the station for a DUI test.
