Around 11 PM Monday, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol stopped an SUV on the Creek Turnpike near Elwood. He driver jumped out and ran. He hasn't been found.

A female passenger was arrested after troopers found drug paraphernalia and a loaded gun in the vehicle.
