OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ The US Navy is confirming that a body found off a pier at Norfolk Naval Station in Virginia is that of a sailor from Oklahoma City.
A spokesman for the Atlantic Fleet Surface Force says 27-year-old Seaman Frankie Brown's body was spotted Tuesday floating near where the USS Cape St. George was docked.
Spokesman Paul Taylor says there is no indication of foul play.
Brown was reported missing May 11th when he failed to appear for a morning roll call.
