After a month of waiting, residents in Tulsa's district 5 officially have a city councilor.

A Tulsa County judge has ruled Bill Martinson won the race. It's been contested since election night, when Martinson won by only 21 votes. A recount confirmed the outcome, but a judge ordered a new election because of questions about ineligible voters.

The judge reversed her decision because of a lack of evidence that the questioned voters actually voted in district 5.

The decision can be appealed by Jon Kirby who lost the election.
