OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- Hunting seasons for mountain lions and black bears would be allowed under legislation heading to the governor.
The bill has won final passage from the state Senate and allows the state Wildlife Commission to declare an open season on the bears and lions and an otters.
State Senator Frank Shurden says ranchers and the state Wildlife Department asked for the bill.
