WASHINGTON (AP) _ Romance is in the heart, and on the stamps, for lovers of Disney characters.

The Postal Service released a set of four new 39-cent stamps Friday featuring sets of cartoon romantics _ Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse, Lady and the Tramp, Belle and the Beast and Cinderella and Prince Charming.

Formal ceremonies marking release of the stamps were at Epcot International Flower and Garden Festival in Florida, and the stamps will go on sale nationwide Saturday.
