Wedding bells were ringing at Tulsa's Holland Hall Thursday.

The kindergarten students got to attend the wedding of the letters 'Q' and 'U'. The girls wore wedding veils and the boys wore top hats for the occassion.

The purpose was to teach the kids how letters work together. Kindergarten teacher Jill Coulter: â€œQ is a letter that cannot make words but itself, it has to have U next to it all the time to make words."

As with most weddings, there was music and cake.
