OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ An Oklahoma man has pleaded guilty to a fraud charge for cashing a two-thousand dollar check that was intended for victims of Hurricane Katrina.

Atari Finley, of Lawton, Oklahoma, faces up to 10 years in prison as part of a plea deal with federal prosecutors in which a more serious charge of conspiracy is being dismissed.

Finley admitted taking disaster relief funds from the Federal Emergency Management Agency. He will be sentenced in a few months.
