Tulsa Police say a Tulsa woman lied about being run off the road and beaten up for her casino winnings last month.

The District Attorney charged Ernastine Edwards Wednesday with a misdemeaoner for filing a false police report. Edwards told police her car was run off the road after leaving the Osage Nation Casino last month, then she said the suspects pistol whipped her and took her money.

She admitted a week later she made the whole thing up.
