One person is arrested after a Tulsa fire hydrant is hit and the driver took off.

It happened around midnight when a pickup hit a hydrant at Archer and Columbia. Two people in the truck ran off.

The passenger was caught. The driver remains at large.

Tulsa Police say they both ran, because they thought they had outstanding warrants.

Crews were called in to fix the hydrant.
