Two Sand Springs Police detectives are on their way back to Oklahoma from Wyoming to process evidence in the beating case of an elderly Sand Springs man.
Albert McManus was found badly beaten inside his home last month. Police interviews and the use of McManus's credit card, led police to two suspects, Robert Marquiess and Carma Pendleton.
Detectives went to Wyoming to collect more evidence from a vehicle driven by Marquiess and Pendleton. The pair was arrested in Wyoming.
When Sand Springs Police get back to Oklahoma, they plan to present the evidence to the Tulsa County DA’s office for charges.
Sand Springs Police say no other suspects are being considered at this time.
