OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- State Auditor and Inspector Jeff MacMahon is expected to release this afternoon the audit of the Oklahoma Capital Investment Board.

The report is expected to show at least two areas of concern, possibly requiring the attention of lawmakers.

Governor Brad Henry requested the audit last year out of concerns over the management of OCIB and not being able to get straight answers on how the agency uses its funds.
