HENRYETTA, Okla. (AP) -- A Henryetta woman is going to prison for ten years for allowing her 8-month-old daughter to be abused in 2002.

Jennifer Dawn Lay was sentenced as part of a plea agreement in which she pleaded guilty to permitting child abuse.

Lay says in her plea agreement that the infant was abused by her brother. The brother's name was not revealed.

Family members say the now 4-year-old girl has been adopted.

Lay's parental rights to her three other children have been terminated.
