A jury gives a Tulsa man the maximum sentence possible.

A jury sentenced Jermey Giefer to life in prison plus 20 years for the murder of Amey Mason.

Mason was stabbed to death in her apartment in January of last year. Police say Giefer had been using cocaine at the time of the attack.

Giefer also stabbed a brother and sister who tried to help Mason. They recovered from their wounds.
