HYDRO, Okla. (AP) _ A Calumet man died early today after an accident on Interstate 40 in western Oklahoma.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says 23-year-old Paul Bradley Wilds was headed westbound on I-40 in Caddo County when the accident happened on a wet road

The OHP says the car driven by Wilds ran off the left side of the highway and hit a guard rail before coming to rest in the inside lane.

A tractor-trailer driven by William Underwood of Louisville, Kentucky, then hit Wilds' car and pushed it into another tractor-trailer driven by Cynthia Hoff of Bessemer, Michigan.

Wilds was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash. Neither Underwood nor Hoff were injured.
