Tulsa Fire investigators are trying to determine what sparked a house fire at 21st and Memorial that ignited just after the occupants left Wednesday morning.

Firefighters quickly arrived at the scene and knocked the flames down, but not before the fire heavily damaged the home.

Officials say so far they know the fire started downstairs.
